BUSINESS ANALYSIS, PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE

CCAPS’s Business Analysis Certificate program will help you better liaise between business and IT departments. You’ll grow skills for gathering and documenting business requirements as well as translating them into functional design specifications for implementation by IT teams. With six required courses and a skill-building elective under your belt, you’ll be well positioned to pursue any relevant advancement opportunities that come your way, in or out of your current place of work.
