Make a Difference for Your Community and Your Career
Civic engagement means taking an interest in the continued welfare of your community. It means looking into neighborhood renewal. It means community gardening. It means voting and volunteering. It means all these things and more. Civic engagement is taking an active interest and practical approach to making local communities come alive and thrive. It means organizing activities and taking on leadership roles in those efforts. It means helping people. It means making a difference.
